Whats the free audit call for?
It’s a 20-minute working session, not a sales call. We walk through your current inquiry flow, your close rate, how you handle follow-up, what your retention looks like, and where your new members are coming from. By the end, you’ll have a clear picture of where revenue is leaking and what it would take to fix it. If we’re a fit, we’ll talk about working together. If we’re not, we’ll tell you that too.
How long before we see results?
Most clients see a measurable difference within the first 30 days β typically from fixing their inquiry response process and launching a referral ask to existing families. These are fast, high-impact changes that don’t require building anything complex. Bigger system changes like CRM setup and email sequences take 4β6 weeks to build and start showing results in month two and three.
Do I need a big team to make this work?
No. Most of our clients are owner-operated with a small front desk team or no dedicated admin at all. We build systems that are simple enough for one person to run. The goal is to replace your dependence on the owner’s personal effort with documented processes that anyone on your team can follow consistently.
What tools do I need to have already?
How is this different from hiring a social media manager?
Social media is one piece of a much larger system. A social media manager posts content. We build the entire pipeline from “parent sees a post” to “parent enrolls their child and stays for three years.” That includes how inquiries are handled, how staff pitch on the phone, how your email list works, how you re-enroll members at the end of each season, and how you get referrals from the families you already have.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We ask for a 90-day engagement minimum. Most of the value compounds in months two and three once the foundational systems are in place and running. Month one is almost always the hardest and least representative of results β leaving before month three means leaving before the work pays off.
